* Colour Café @ Centro Botanico Moutan – set in an oasis of flowers. Excellent cooking and great wine list. Located between Bagnaia/Pallone and Vitorchiano in the province of Viterbo.
* La Gramignana – set in its own grounds. In summer you can dine by the pool. Located close to Bagnaia.
